Leadership Institute was established by Chairman Dhanin Chearavanont who has decided to focus on developing and preparing C.P. people to be the future leaders of the Group, and search for the foremost leadership development model and experts with prior experience in world-class leadership development and leadership institute establishment, adapted development programs for leaders in various levels and applied the "action learning" methodology into those programs. The methodology allows participants to work on real business projects and issues.
