Arun Chaiseri Consulting Engineers Company Limited was founded in 1979 to provide excellent services in structural design, project and construction management, damage investigation and renovation, and electrical mechanical energy and environmental design.
The company expanded its services into wider fields including infrastructure development, real estate development, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy and environmental engineering including ACS International Consultants Company Limited which was founded in 1990 to provide excellent services in Construction Management and Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Control Team. As the result of its proven track records in low-rise and large high-rise building designs, the company has grown rapidly and currently employs over 120 skilled staffs to keep pace with rapid development in civil engineering technology towards the 21st century.

Dr Arun Chaiseri, Professor Emeritus of Structure Engineering at Chulalongkorn University and Founder of Arun Chai Seri Consulting Engineering Co, Ltd. Is on of the well-known experts on high-rise buildings, long span structures and structural rehabilitation. His out standing role in structural engineering as an academic cover: research works, professional development and innovations in building processes. As an expert on high-rise buildings and large buildings and civil infrastructure projects. Prf. Dr Arun Chaiseri has received world-wide recognition for his valuable contribution in the area of public safety, environmentally friendly and sustainable engineering. His life-long service as a structural engineer with academic spirit, realistic approach and public concern has brought recognition from various sub-disciplines of structural engineering.
